My mood isn't what it use to be (Thank God!)

Wake up in the morning I honestly don't have an exact schedule to wake up since its summer and I am a full time mother with a full time job from home and a business to run,keeping up with my fitness and my hair to be as beautiful as it can be the natural way.
I get stressed right when you wake up your cortisol levels rise up, before they go down, you take the first sip of tea in the morning,i recommend to do it in an empty stomach to get it all in there and working its wonders before anything else hits your gut.
My night ritual is mostly the same but I shower before my tea and I do my skin care and I go to bed but the very mornings are as important as the night rituals. You're closing the deal with yourself and the Mother Nature.
