The Power Of tea as a ritual not just a drink.

Tea isn't just something you sip. It's something your recieive. Its medicine, energy,and presence in a cup.

Here's how to turn your daily tea into a healing ritual:

Choose a time - morning, evening, or both - where you can be still.

Dim the lights. Light a candle. Put on soft music or sit in silence.

Your environment is your altar. you don't need incense - just intention.

Prepare with Presence.

As the water boils, take a few deep breaths. Place the tea bag (or loose herbs) into you cup and pour the hot water slowly. Watch the steam rise. Watch the color swirl. 

(SAY QUIET AFFIRMATION WHILE STEEPS: I am grounding. I am healing. I am returning to my center.

Sip with Intention.

Hold the warm cup in your hands. Let it warm you body before you drink. With each sip, imagine the herbs nourishing your nervous system, your hormones, your heart.

You're not just driving tea --- you're receiving sacred support.

Connect with your body.

After 3-5 minutes of sipping, close your eyes. Ask yourself: 

What do I feel in my chest?

What is my body holding that I can let go?

What do I need more of today --rest,energy,softness?

Let the tea open conversation between you and your body.

Repeat consistently.

This ritual is most powerful when done daily. It's not about perfection. --its about returning to yourself, over and over again.

The ritual becomes your rhythm. The rhythm becomes your healing.
